The asset management company Premium Select Lux S.A. and its activities are supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in Luxembourg. In this case too, clients can appeal to this authority or to their national supervisory authority, which is, in Germany, the German Credit Supervision Agency. This supervision provides the investor with a guarantee of the respectability of the products on offer and the companies involved.
