Net rates in "private label" concept
FWU organises sales through independent commercial partners, who offer the products on the market on a net principle under their own private label which they select themselves.
The private label concept features three variable characteristics - the partner's own brand, target-group-related investment strategies of the Best Select asset management and a direct and independent commission claim vis-à-vis clients. In this way, the partner creates his own brand, enabling independent positioning on the market.
The net principle allows the sales partner to decide his commission himself and to agree it directly with the client in a separate contract. The client makes this payment in 60 equal monthly instalments. Through commission factoring, the sales partner receives advance payment of his commission instalments. Thus sales costs do not constitute part of the insurance tariff and the broker is not paid by the insurance company. Firstly, this product-unrelated method of payment reduces by as much as 2/3 the commission losses suffered by sales partners when customers cancel and, secondly, it creates extensive transparency for clients.
